Brought my truck in for "annual inspection" and to repair a steering issue as well as check a few sensors. Steve was great, repairs completed quickly and within the time allotted.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Banks Chevrolet GMC was too good not to share. I buy a new vehicle every few years, and because I'm always looking for the best possible deal, I typically end up purchasing from high-volume dealerships and completing transactions long distance. Over the years, I've had some excellent buying experiences, and I honestly thought my last vehicle purchase would be hard to top. Banks proved me wrong. From start to finish, the entire process was exceptionally smooth, transparent, and efficient. I came prepared with all my information and paperwork organized, and the team at Banks was equally prepared. There was no wasted time, no games, no surprises—just straightforward communication and professional execution. In fact, the entire transaction took about 40 minutes, which is almost unheard of when purchasing a vehicle. The negotiation process was refreshingly easy, the trade-in value was fair and competitive, and every aspect of the deal was handled with complete transparency. I came in for basic maintenance and found out that there were 2 recommended maintenances that also needed to be done. Everything was able to be done without having to return and I was out in two hours

I bought my HD 2500 Sierra a few months ago had an issue with trailer wiring. Made an appointment they gave me a brand new loaner truck called me a few hours later. Said it was already and fixed. Seems there was a problem from the factory in the 7 way connector. All covered under warranty they washed and cleaned my truck. Also did free oil change tire rotation that I was due very happy. I bought a new HD 2500 GMC Sierra from Banks a few months ago. Was having problems with trailer wiring so I made an appointment. It seems the 7 way connector was bad from the factory they replace that and the blown fuse. Also had a tire rotation and oil change done. They vacuumed and washed my truck. Also gave me a loaner truck to use for a few hours why they worked on mine, they called me promptly when it was done all covered under warranty. I was very happy with the service and explanation that I got for the problem.

Troy Demers was very professional and courteous, no pressure and very patient when I had questions and concerns about the vehicle that I was purchasing, taking that extra step to put me at ease was very appreciative
