I love the sales team and how they have a no-pressure approach. If U was only giving a rating for this, it would be 5 stars. However… The service department is another story. Although they seem to do great work, trying to schedule a service appointment is a lesson in futility. My truck (which I purchased from Banks) needed an oil change. Twice I drove up to the “Fast Service” lane, and both times I was told it would be a 2 to 3 hours wait. That seems like a crazy long time for “fast” service, especially considering that all I needed was a simple oil change. So instead, I scheduled a service appointment, which was two weeks out. I thought that this would minimize my wait time. Wrong… I brought my truck to the dealer at the scheduled time, and it took 2 hours for them to return my truck. So much for “fast” service! This dealership needs to greatly improve their turn-around times!
Nick was amazing. Super patient, his approach proves he listens, very refreshing! This was a first transaction with Banks. It will the go to for me from now and on. The entire sales team is very professional and attentive, willing to pitch in. They are a team. Exceptional experience!

Called the parts dept to see if they stocked tonneau covers and they did. It’s a Chevy oem part so it was significantly more than others online but I got it within an hour of looking so worth it. Also, the OEM cover uses existing holes in the bed and the fit was perfect. I was happy with the part and the folks in the parts department
