The Chevrolet Trailblazer is available in four trim levels: LS, LT, ACTIV, and RS.
Performance and handling
There are two engine options to choose from on the Trailblazer. The base engine is a 1.2-liter turbocharged three-cylinder rated at 137 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque. This is paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT) and front-wheel drive. If you want all-wheel drive capabilities, this automatically upgrades the Trailblazer to a 1.3-liter turbocharged three-cylinder with 155 horsepower and 174 lb-ft of torque. This engine is matched to a nine-speed automatic transmission.
Every Trailblazer comes with driver-selectable driving modes. Depending on the model you have, these modes may include Normal, All-Wheel Drive/Snow, and Sport.
Off-road capabilities
If you plan to drive off-road, make sure you choose the Trailblazer ACTIV model. This comes standard with the stronger 1.3-liter turbocharged engine, an off-road-tuned suspension, sport terrain tires, and a functional skid plate.

On the ACTIV models, the roof is Summit White and you can choose from bold colors like Nitro Yellow Metallic and Vivid Orange Metallic. With the RS trim, the roof is either Mosaic Black Metallic or Crimson Metallic. Exterior color options include Fountain Blue and Iridescent Pearl Tricoat.

Versatile interior
Up to five passengers can ride comfortably in the Trailblazer. Back seat passengers will appreciate the best-in-class rear legroom that offers plenty of space to stretch out. With all the seats folded, the Trailblazer can carry items up to 8.5 feet long and has a cargo volume of 54.4 cubic feet.
